Biomedical engineering department held a training course about Human Motion tracking system in collaboration with continuing learning unit and it is delivered by Professor Dr.Hussam Kadhuim Abdul Ameer and the lecturer Osama Iyad Kadhuim where the course involved specialized protocols to analyze joint movements of human body included 27 protocols starting from ankle, knee, and hip joints and moving upwards to shoulder, elbow and wrist joints.
Also , the course expressed the mechanism of measuring joint angles by using the tracking system used in Biomechanics lab and practical application for a set of protocols. Additionally , it is involved the outputs of the system and a concluded report that demonstrates displacement data, velocity, angles, and significant engineering applications in this protocols of rehabilitation science and biomechanics. Finally it is ended with rich discussions by specialists in the field.
