The editor chair of Al-Khwarizmi Engineering Journal (Professor Muhammad Abd Attyah Al-Sarraj) hosted a number of experts who are specialized in handling the Iraqi scientific journals at the presidency of Baghdad University. The experts are: [ (Professor Dr. Fikret Majeed Hassan / College of Science for Women / University of Baghdad) and (Professor Dr. Ghassan Abd Al-Hamid / College of Engineering / University of Baghdad)]. The members of the editorial board of the Al-Khwarizmi Engineering Journal have also attended the meeting. Through the meeting, the journals publication process was discussed in detail by the chair of the board. Also, a plan has been presented by the editorial board to enhance the journal research quality and push the quality up to the international standards. In addition, the meeting members have discussed the procedure of having the journal registered in Scopus. At the end of the meeting , the editor chair and the members presented their thanks to the experts for their valuable observations that enriched the meeting. Moreover, the minutes of the meeting were written and some recommendations were presented for later improvement.
