On Tuesday, Oct 20, 2025, the head of the department, assistant professor Dr. Liwaa Fasel Abdulameer, and the rapporteur, Mustafa Muhammad Awad visited communications and Media commission to explore any potential collaboration between the two parties in the field of communication and Information engineering, contributing to integrate the practical side with the academic education as well as exchanging technical and scientific experiences.
The delegation was well received by the chairman of the board of commissioners, Dr. Balasim Salem, discussing the potential collaboration between the two parties in terms of boosting internship and researching programs related to the field of communication and Information technology.
This visit is considered one of the upcoming future visits that aim to strengthen bonds of cooperation and develop partnerships.
Besides, the chairman welcomed this initiative and expressed their full readiness for future collaboration to serve the education endeavor and technology in Iraq.
