The journal of AL-Khwarizmi College of Engineering at Baghdad University has obtained approval by Journal evaluation committee of Scopus to be included in Scopus indexed Journal on Friday, 4th of April, 2025. The editor in chief Professor Dr. Muhammed Abd Attiya Al-sarraj emphasized that the journal of Al-Khwarizmi College has become global journal after included in Scopus database.
This event is considered recognizable as it reflected the quality of scientific research at the College. And, the dean of the college expressed his sincere thankfulness and gratitude to faculty members, editor in Chief and others in authority that exert remarkable efforts to conduct research complying with accredited criteria. As such step considered decisive in terms of innovation and promoting scientific research in Iraq in addition to open a new gate for Iraqi researchers to communicate with international scientific community. It is worth mentioning that Al-Khwarizmi College of engineering has specialized in publishing scientific research
