The thesis evaluation committee was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Saadi Khudair, a lecturer at Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering. The committee also included Assistant Professor Dr. Montaser Aidi Sharif, a lecturer from the Northern Technical University&#8217;s Engineering Technical College in Kirkuk, Assistant Professor Dr. Karim Nima Salumi, a lecturer from Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, and the thesis was supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Maher Yahya Salloum, a lecturer from Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering.<br \/>\nThe conducted study explores the application of Karnaugh mapping in optimizing control equations for multiple-actuator pneumatic systems, with the aim of reducing startup times and streamlining operational sequences. As industrial processes grow in complexity, this method simplifies logic equations and enables more efficient control. The study involves transitioning from three-cylinder to five and six-cylinder configurations, using Karnaugh maps for equation minimization. Simulation software and PLCs facilitate practical implementation.
