It has an independent accounting unit and a special account in one of the government banks. It also follows the unified accounting system. These accounts are subject to the control and audit of the Financial Supervision Bureau, and the necessary decisions for disbursement from the Fund are issued through the Fund\u2019s Board of Directors, which is located at the Ministry\u2019s headquarters.
