  1. Following up on the university\u2019s directives including the follow-up on the university security, implementing them, and circulating them to the college<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Following up on the directives and instructions of the Dean of the College and implementing the follow-up work.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. It has direct contact with the Dean of the College.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. It supervises the distribution of forms issued to allow cars enter the university campus.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. It is responsible for supervising the maintenance of security and order within the university campus.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Following up on field visits to college units and divisions and monitoring security within the college.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Cooperation and coordination with the Protection Force and the security forces responsible for protecting the area to increase security fortification.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Follow up on inquiries unit work and ensure that its records are kept.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Follow up and ensure the necessary protection for celebrations, exhibitions and scientific conferences.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • Follow up on complaints of employees, auditors, and students.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ensuring the smooth entry and exit of teachers, employees, and students within the college.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Monitoring the operation of electronic surveillance systems (cameras).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The Follow-up Division includes a group of units:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Guard unit<\/span><\/li>\n
