Computer Lab:
The student learns the basics of programming that will enable him in the future to manage the processes he needs in designing and programming medical devices and prosthetics.Student learns a series of programming languages and applications that will be used in his scientific and practical future, which are summarized in four basic stages:
analysis.
the design.
preparation.
implementation.
Biology and Anatomy lab
It specializes in studying the practical aspect of anatomy. In this laboratory, the student is acquainted with the natural parts of the human body . The training depends on imported plastic dolls. Plastic parts for various body systems are available in the laboratory.
Medical equipment lab
In this laboratory, the student studies the medical device and learns about the various internal electronic circuits and gets training on them inside the laboratory with the possibility of repairing and maintaining in the future, in addition, student will be taught how to operate the medical device with the possibility of dismantling it to see the internal parts with the electrical map of the device in addition to explaining the possible faults that may happen in the device and prepare the student to process it.
Electrical and Electronic Circuits Laboratory
It has a great importance as it describes the logical operations of most modern devices, including computers, which are the basis and main controller of the latest medical devices. It deals with the practical application of logical gates and their logical mathematical equations through the latest
electronic boards

Biomechanics Lab:
Biomechanics Lab on AL-Khwarizmi college of engineering, department of biomedical is an essential facility that supports education and research in the field of biomedical engineering. The lab contains sets of advanced equipment like foot pressure sensors that used to measure and analyze pressures on the foot during movement and that in turn would help in studying foot problems and design prosthetics like medical shoes.
The lab also includes three-dimensional printer that is used to design and produce samples and specialized tools like prosthetics and medical supports which provides students and researchers an opportunity to innovate medical solutions applicable to patients need.
One of main equipment is motion capture system that used to record and analyze body movement precisely based on specific protocols. This system helps to perceive how muscles and joints work during movement. Also, it is of considerable use to design rehabilitation therapies and to study musculoskeletal system injuries.
The lab provides rich educational and research environment in which enables students and researchers to apply theoretical knowledge on such projects practically in addition to develop technological solutions to serve health and therapies.
