Electronic Forms
This page includes links to download the electronic forms approved by Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering for various purposes, such as purchase request forms, leave requests of all kinds, and the like.
These forms are periodically updated and more are added successively according to work developments.

Electronic forms are a great feature that aims to organize the work of the departments that circulate these forms by reducing human errors and saving resources spent on stationery supplies. They are also easy to circulate electronically and only require Info Path, which is one of the Microsoft Office package programs, version 2007 and later.
Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering is unique in providing this feature to its faculty and staff.
