The department secretary has the right to grant leave for the delay after submitting a request to him/her in very necessary cases.

If a male or female student residing in the boarding section wishes to spend one night with his/her relatives, he/she must inform the department secretary and provide him/her with a permission paper signed by the relative who spent the night with him/her and return it to the department. The department secretary must send a copy of it in writing to the student’s guardian according to his/her address to review the situation.

If a male or female student is absent from the boarding section except on Fridays or holidays when students travel to their families, a paper from the student’s guardian will be submitted. If the absence is repeated, the student/female student will be investigated in the presence of the guardian.
