1- Signing memoranda with international universities to obtain new scholarships, and transfer modern technology to our university in various fields.

2- Encouraging professors who obtained academic level like (assistant professor, professor) whom have scientific leave to complete their formal procedures in higher education institutions and help them obtain admission.

3- Encouraging PhD holders to continue their post-doctoral and research studies and to get benefit from this study.

4- Hosting professors from outside the university to participate in conferences, symposium, and exhibitions for scientific exchange and competition in order to obtain prizes as an appreciation of their efforts.
