Academic Systems Division

The academic systems division is a part of colleges’ organizational structures that is responsible for reviewing and organizing academic systems affairs accredited by Ministry of Higher Education such as (SIS) and (BIS).

The main duties and responsibilities included:

1- preparing and reviewing the academic curricula: ensuring compliance with quality assurance requirements and academic standards.

2- Faculty authorizations: auditing and reviewing faculty authorization, issuing authorization letter, and ensuring performance.

3- Registering students for the academic courses: supervising students’ registration and ensuring the flow of educational process.

4- Reviewing examinations: reviewing preparation, performance of examination schedules, and ensuring smooth performance.

5- Reviewing accredited educational systems: such as annual course system or modules.

6- Supervising the academic systems update: in accordance with the scientific development and job market needs.

7- Coordination with the scientific departments: in order to guarantee the performance of all educational policies
