Tasks of the Maintenance and Services Division: –

The Maintenance Division is considered the link between all departments of units, divisions, and departments, as it is the valve to maintain movement and work for the joints of the college buildings, as it performs many tasks. It is responsible for several things, the most prominent of which are:

1- Supervising and following up on everything related to the maintenance of the college buildings, including the works they contain (electrical works, water and sewage networks, gardens, furniture, appliances and equipment, machinery).

2- Implementing the directives of the Dean to carry out periodic and emergency inspections of the college buildings, including (classrooms, laboratories, administrative offices, other facilities).

3- Coordination and follow-up with maintenance and procurement committees to maintain and provide the necessary requirements and bring in the competent authorities to carry out the work for which maintenance work is required.

The division includes a group of units: –

  • Maintenance unit
  • Communications unit
  • Hygiene unit
