Division of Studies, Planning and Follow-up

A brief overview of the division: -

This division is responsible for compiling statistics for the college, playing an active role in supplying the University of Baghdad and the college with information about the count of faculty members, incoming and graduating students at the Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering. This involves providing comprehensive details through the annual university census and collaborating with the Administrative Assistant and Scientific Assistant in producing the yearly report. Furthermore, the division constructs a database for the Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering within

the Studies, Planning, and Follow-up Division, containing extensive information about the college's members. Additionally, it collaborates with other divisions and units in the college to support various statistical and data-related initiatives.

Tasks and achievements of the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Division

• The division carries out the work of the organizational structure (scientific - technical - administrative).
• Preparing the annual university census, which includes the number of students for studies (initial and postgraduate), the number of teaching staff for each department, external lecturers, and employees.
• Preparing the annual report, which includes the admission plan, completed, published and under-published research, student activities, and construction projects.
• Preparing reports on employment activity, which includes labor movement according to job grades, educational level, years of service, specializations, and professions
• Preparing statistics for job leavers, new hires, resignations, and deceased persons
• Preparing QS data.
• Conduct updating data for teachers and employees.
• Organizing a comprehensive database for teachers and employees.
