On Tuesday, September 12, 2023, Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering hosted an electronic management system workshop of the Department of Graduate Studies at the University of Baghdad in the central hall of Al-Khwarizmi college in the presence of the Director of the Department and the Directors of the Graduate Studies Affairs’ divisions within the formations of the University of Baghdad, and in the presence of Assistant.Prof. Dr. Hashim Hassan Jassim, Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, and Assistant.Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Hamad Al Kaabi, Director of the Graduate Studies Affairs Division of the College. The workshop included an introduction to the electronic management system to be adopted in the management of graduate studies, as it includes the management of university orders, doctoral discussions, and electronic archiving of correspondences. This system is considered one of the modern systems that contribute to the speed of completion of work and the management of graduate studies divisions at the university in a smooth manner.
