Objectives:
Organizing and auditing college staff, maintaining records for employees and workers (contracts and daily wages), organizing their personal files, and implementing service and staffing laws, regulations, and instructions.
It is specialized in:
Implementing the Civil Service Law, the University Service Law, and the Higher Education Law as far as employees and teachers are concerned, and supervising and following up on that.
It decides on the following cases:
A- Employment.
B- Referral to retirement.
C- Transportation.
D- Promotion.
E- Determining the salary.
F- Disciplinary penalties.
It includes a group of units:
- Staff unit: This is the unit specializing in bonuses and promotions
- Retirement Unit: This is the unit that takes care of the affairs of employees referred to retirement and facilitates their transactions
- Electronic Files and Archiving Unit: It is the unit responsible for the employee files of the college staff and preserves all files related to employees through electronic archiving.
- The Electronic Fingerprint and Identity Unit: It is the unit responsible for employee attendance and absence, sick leave, unpaid leave, vacation calculations, and employee balance.
