1- 5 connecting members are existed, in the sense as a connecting member for each scientific department. Through these members, the contact among the scientific departments is done in addition to providing the manager of Ibn Sina unit with all statistics, departments tables and exams situations. The unit manager unifies the departments data then send them to the college deanship and to the university presidency in case the data are asked for.
2- Each connecting member sends the online and attended lectures and provides the ministry monitoring committees, the monitoring committee of Baghdad university presidency and the manager of Ibn Sina center with the details about the ongoing lectures, vaccination situation and the compliance with safety requirements to keep the continuity of the educational process and ensure the safety of all faculty members and students with a continuous monitoring from the manager of Ibn Sina unit in the college.

Google Classroom is a service that mainly relies on the internet, and provides making classrooms for lecturers through the internet and makes them capable of collect , distribute and manage these classes, and allows them to communicate and collaborate with students and their guardians.
It is possible for the lectures through this service to do many tasks, such as:
. Distribute various sources:
It is possible to use google classroom as a platform to exchange the studying materials and other related documents with students, and allow the lecturers to share files from their personal computers, and video clips like YouTube, google drive’s links or any other links. Once saving and storing these materials on the internet, the students can reach them from everywhere, even from mobile devices.
In the student department, a lecturer can assign whether or not his students can comment on the questions, announcements and tasks that he makes, or they can only make post. The lecturer can also chose whether he is the only person who can post and comment in his classroom.
. Homework Monitoring:
Google Classroom allows lecturers to create homeworks , distribute and collect them, and allows them to do other things such as: adding other beneficial links with homeworks, reuse the same homework again and assign it for later date.
. Making Google Classroom Announcements:
It is possible for lecturers make announcements through google classroom, and they will be sent automatically through the email to all students in the class, who will be able to watch it through a share tag in the classroom. The service also allows lecturers to make time table for the announcement to show-up or share homework for students through their specific share tag.
. Storing the Classroom’s Materials:
In subscribing in google classroom, it automatically creates a google folder drive called (Classroom), and when establishing a new category a new branch folder will be established. All distributed homeworks will be stored automatically in these branch folders.
It is possible also to share google folders or files with students through past the link in the (About) tag or through adding it to the homework/ announce/ question.
Steps of using Google Classroom:
Google classroom is considered easy to some extent, where the essential steps are represented in:
. Establishing a class through clicking the button (+) in the upper left side of the main screen, and adding the name of the class, the subject and the department after that.
. Clicking on the tab sign (About) to add description of the training course or add the materials of it, like: links and courses.
. Clicking on the tab sign (students) to invite the students to join the class; either send invitations or give them the class code.
. Selecting the students sharing level from the tab sign (students).
. It is possible to add subscribed lecturers through visiting the tab sign (About).
. It is possible after that to specify the main idea of the course and upload a cover photo.
. It is possible to revisit the notifications preferences through reaching the settings, and it is possible to do that by clicking on the button (Tribar) on the upper left.
. Clicking on the button (+) lower left to reach the essential advantages to the main system, such as: reuse the share, establish a question, establish a homework and establish an announcement.
